I read this a long long time ago. Just reread it today. Once again — The half-sibling part was unnecessary. But I think that the Author also felt the same. Maybe that's why they had a long hiatus at the time and turned the half-sibling part into a lie in the end.
In the end it was good. Would've liked some kids. Maybe.

It had everything to be good. A nice premise, gorgeous art holy shit, green flag seme, tough uke.

But the story just… didn’t do anything? It fell flat. It felt like the author wanted to put everything in all at once but couldn’t come up with the justification for things. Like, he loves the uke but we don’t know why? And then the reveal that they’re brothers that lasted for 1 chapter, that doesn’t do anything other than letting us know the seme knows the mother. And the backstory arent explained at all? why?

Phenomenal art style tho, I’m obsessed. I hope the author has other works.

too many things happening at once, like wtf is going on. first they are brothers, then they're not, and he's an excommunite for killing a person, but he didnt die so that doesnt make him an excommunite or whatever. and who in their right mind accepts a job while he's already in a gang?
