you don't have to do intense workouts and stuff like following routines and paying for diets and all of that. eat healthily: keep off the sugar and carbs, dairy is okay. most of your 'diet' should be vegetables, protein is really good too. fruit is good for snacking or when you're craving sugar. drinks tons of water :(3 litres a day or more) you'......   1 reply
