It is a bit too difficult to just suddenly quit.
I think by cutting off all yaoi at once, it is a bit too self-punishing a method.
I think you should schedule when you want to read yaoi everyday, or set a limit to how many yaoi and manga you read a day.
This way you can maybe slowly decrease how much time you spend reading it over a long period of......
