it works for me when I'm having a hard time sleeping, I hope this also helps you. Relax and close your eyes, then imagine fake scenarios you want like talking to your fav fictional character or going on an adventure. I don't know how to explain this bc im not good expressing my feelings by words. I don't have a dream job, that why im having a hard time choosing my course in college.
