I can give any tips on tones. I know what works for me, but I honestly can't help with other people. I also don't wear foundation anymore it breaks me out and if I do it's just powder foundation. This is a little advice for people kicked out of their homes. I don't know where you live, but where I'm from she can't legally keep you out of your home. One thing I keep doing is telling people to have a great day. Like when I open the door for someone or do something simple. It's embarrassing cause it's my customer service demon coming out of me. Yeah, heavy bleeding is the worst. I'm someone who's always had a heavy flow and had more than once accidentally overflowedb large pad or super plus tampon in just an hour or so.
