Huh I think you got trope and genre confused. Powerful mc is a trope, dungeon and omegaverse is a subgenre.
I mean common male targeted genres would be shounen, action, mecha, seinen or sports and it has much to offer as other genres does.
And all genre have their share problem of having cliché trope and plot lines.

This one is purely personal but I dont like long hair male character. Worse if they have long hair + glasses (+ a doctor/any science related field). Most of them have the same copy paste personality that i hate so much and no matter what i just cant see them as attractive.
