Well most of them are usually webcomic that isnt very popular the more chapters it goes the worse the art and plot. You write it then you sketch your rough idea then you go to twitter facebook or wherever you can find a good artist. Match your price with them then send them your script and rough sketch put them in the credit as artist. Done.
