What do you all think about polyamory?

Just got curious what other people think about it!

Why is BL more popular than GL? Like I like them both... but the lack of attention towards GL is UGHHHHH which I feel like the reason for the lack of GL manga/manhwa/manhua, like I deadass need to scroll through Hundreds if not thousands of BL before I reach a GL one. I love reading BL sure... But like I wanna see wlw too! C'mon what do I gotta do, to get some? (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

Hey! Do you all have any recommendations?

Like any genre (Shoujo, Shounen, Action, GL [I'd love it if ya'll could reccomend me a nice GL cause I just started reading them, and I have no one to ask for recommendations cause none of my friends read GL... ╥﹏╥], BL, Romance, Thriller, Isekai, and etc!) Anything will do, from manhua to manhwa to manga, anything at all!

Ok chill I'm playing with you, I don't HATE it, that's a pretty big word, but I just find myself not wanting to read them anymore. Am I the only one who's having this kind of phase? Idk how or when, I just realised that every time I see a Manhwa/manga/manhua Recommendations and it has to boys in it, I beg in my head while I search it to not be BL (Because yeah my Newsfeed has things I'm interested in, and BL is simply one of them) and if it is BL, I get disappointed...? Is that the right word? Like I don't feel like reading it because of it is BL... and I'm getting frustrated for feeling it, is this what people call a burnout? When something you really like suddenly doesn't interest you anymore? Because it's frustrating AF, especially because it's something I've liked for years, like the other genre I like, but why this genre specifically?I wanna let go cause deadass it stresses me out, but like it's been thier for so long that I'm not sure if I should. I Like I wanna read it and enjoy it, but I somehow can't...?


LOL Why did I make this sound like such a serious topic? ╥﹏╥ Yes I'm deadass frustrated by it, something I once enjoyed is annoying the hell out of you, but why do I feel like I made it sound like A life or Death situation?

To all my Fujo/danshi out their, can we not normalise the behavior of seeing two boys (real life boys at that) being close and just being bros, then suddenly you feel the urge to comment, "I have been summoned by BL." , "My Fujo/danshi Heart can't take this.", and etc. Like we can go our day without commenting it, It's kinda like when anime fans see Japanese People The 1st thought that come into mind is "Oh Anime person." And etc. They have thier own Identity. Not some fantasy you want them to be.

That's Litterally it, I feel like that's such a normal behavior from all of us that no one really talks about it or takes it seriously... But nevertheless hope you all have a great day and and year!!!

I have an honest Question to people who both read Yaoi and Yuri (I'm talking about Both not One) which one do you think is better? And why do you think so?

Just got curios Cause I was legit having an argument with my friend about it, we just ended the conversation tho that both yuri an yaoi has thier own good and bad side... but it was still stuck on my mind. For you personally which do you think is better? ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

I'm not sure if I got gaslighted or what, but I had this convo with an internet friend, they were asking for a romance recommendation, and I did gave it to them, a GL story specifically.

Then like 5mins later they asked for something different because they didn't like the plot (?) Despite me recommending them the story because it had their fav trope and dynamic, and the plot was similar to the story she was recently obsessed. Well I shrugged it of not thinking much, but since right now my interest lies in GL, I continued to recommend her some.

Then she straight up told me to recommend her other things that wasn't GL, and that got me confused cuz she read BL (that's how we even got close) that's why I thought she wouldn't have a problem with my recs and that she just didn't genuinely like the plot. Then she proceeded to tell me it was because it made her feel uncomfortable and GL stories felt forced or unnatural. So I told her that was Homophobic thought, then she denied it and said she read BL which was Homosexual (that if she was homophobic she wouldn't be reading it.), that it's not like she has actual issues with wlw couple irl nor does she hate them or call them name, and she was "friends" with me who was bi.

So I'm not sure what to think.

A Fanbase, genre, series, movie, or etc that you were once so Obsessed with but now currently don't like/hate? And why?
