i'm in the exact same boat, but i'm still struggling through university instead of work. I've struggled all of my life, so it didn't just begin or anything and i hate to say that sometimes it just doesn't go away. HOWEVER, I feel like with the right doctor/therapist/meds you can begin to improve and live a happier life. I'm being hypocritical tho......   reply

Birthdays have always been the worst for me growing up. It's not really treated as a special day for you. My family expects you to set up the decorations, clean the house, prep everything, and then take 100 photo's to remember the day all while they are frustrated and angry.
