I study for 8 hours without breaks, but that’s just how I like to do things. Please do take breaks, but promise yourself not to go over your time limit. Not taking breaks will lead to problems with both your mental health and your ability to focus. Also please try to sleep, plan your tasks if possible. My max is 3 subjects a day.
