not to be of offense, but yes, that is being racist. i'm going to say this as politely as possible, if it seems as rude then apologies. when it really comes down to it, the way to determine the size of your boob is to look at animals (for me, at least) a cup would be something like a chick, b cup would a guinea pig, c cup a porcupine, d cup a rabbit, etc but if your out to buy a bra that is your boob size and the size you're looking for is, lets say, C-36.
