Koe no Katachi was a big tear jerker for me. It's the latest for me too in non-yaoi manga (& Scum's Wish in anime - those two, especially KnK, got me fucked up). Not really, most omegaverse mangas seem to have too big of a social and power gap, I'd hate that. Our world is pretty messed up too, but such a thing added would surely divide the social classes and make it hard to live as anything. I don't make sounds. Even at home, tho when in the house I usually let out a big breath, smile, make a weird face or cup my own cheeks.
