I have my lip pierced, on the side. Didn't really hurt at all, kinda feels like a cat's scratch and poof - you're done. I think piercings hurt more after the procedure than during. Ear cartilage hurts like shit; I couldn't sleep on my side for more than half a year after getting my conch piercing but I've barely felt it getting pierced. I also have......
