Byul really started a trend I think, after he showed up all of a sudden all the omegaverse started having kids lol. The thing is thou (imo) a lot of authors don't really know how to draw kids as well as Fargo so they end up being weird lil blob men with massive eyes. Like, that thing is not a child its a weird moe abomination T_T

For me, thew strength doesn't have to be literal, it really just means that the character has been well written and established as a fully realized character.
