Calm down and place the work in your face, don't play any music yet only look for the books and articles you need, it will help you to calm your self. I recommend having a tv series rather than music it sound weird but it works, look for tv series with weird behaviors i recommend reality tv series, i used it for my own assignment that was due in 3 ......   reply
