Manga: Japanese comics
Manhwa: Korean comics
Manhua: Chinese comics
I have to limit the genre to Yaoi since that's the genre I mostly read here in Mangago.

So....
For the last, idk, two years I guess? Mangago started to upload many Yaoi manhwa and manhua. Well, maybe Mangago has been uploading manhwa and manhua since long time ago but at least from what I see, the homepage started to have many manhwa and manhua in the last two years.
I've been reading yaoi manga since 2013, and reading yaoi manhwa and manhua, I feel like I saw the differences right away.

For mangas, they don't have many chapters, the plot usually very straight forward, the development of characters is quick, the sex scenes are amazing, not many characters.
For manhwas, I feel like they're in the middle. They have many chapters, the plots are very varies, interesting ideas as well, the development of characters usually not too quick and not too long, the sex scenes are amazing, there's decent amount of characters.
For manhua, I feel like it's more like a novel. The plot has a rather long, sometimes slow development. It takes more than 50 chapters to see the MCs finally in the main idea/story. The characters' development are gradually, take a long time as well. As for the sex scenes, I feel like they're more into feelings than the graphic. And the characters, they have many of them. I have to drop two manhuas because I can't keep up with the stories as many characters have their own stories.

Of course there's exceptions. There are some mangas with many volumes, some straightforward manhwas, some not-so-long manhuas. But I am talking about the majority of them.

I feel like I am more drawn into Manhwa lately.
I just wish that manga can develop the stories as well.

How about you? What do you think about them?

P.S
This is just for fun.
No need to get worked up about which one is better.
Everyone has their own preference.
