I’m probably the last person to ask advice for when public speaking but I usually like to write things down before hand and have notes or a script to look at if allowed cuz my brain goes blank once I’m infront of a crowd. Breathing helps too and although eye contact is preferred I try not to look at people’s eyes cuz it makes me more nervous ......

Not my mom but my Lola- or my grandma she speaks Tagalog and she always swears but she doesn’t know that I know what she’s saying cuz I’m not fluent in it but my dad curses in Tagalog all the time so I picked up on a few things and I just find it kinda funny
