How much is the website deranged? 80%? 20%? 50%? I'm genuinely curious. Is it as bad as people are saying, or are they just exaggerating? I see a lot of people saying the same thing about Reddit, but Reddit isn't bad for me.

my hot take is gore of real people should be criminalized, Getting enjoyment of other people's suffering by seeing them dying a horrible way is disgusting, I don't know how society allows it.

If you think BL is so fetishizing and people who read it fetishize gay men, I genuinely don't know what you are doing here. Like, there are these people who complain on and on about how BL sucks, and when you go to their list, you find the shittiest BLs in their list. Maybe it's a you problem. There are a lot of BLs that don't have sex or rape, but you keep latching onto the shitty ones and then blaming the genre, even though every genre has rape.
Yeah, there are BL women readers who fetishize gay men, and yeah, I agree we should call them out. But maybe don't jump down every woman's throat because she happens to read BL? I get shit just because I'm a woman who reads BL. Like, I don't want BL to be "by women for women" either, just saying (I bet most of the people who make BL don't have a target demographic in mind). I want it to be diverse like how GL is.
Also, talking about GL, you are delusional if you think straight men don't read GL, "because men don't like romance or don't care about women :3" Guess what people? Men love romance and they are interested in women and they like seeing women being romantic. Even the biggest, gayest idol anime that has only girls ("Love Live") has an audience that is mostly men. You and your damn stereotyping. And still, I don't see them getting hate like how women do.

I was watching a YouTube video about a woman who had a podcast with three or more men. This woman ended up making some really racist, misogynistic comments about Black women, and the YouTuber I was watching criticized her, calling her a 'pick-me.' I agreed with that YouTuber until they said, 'Men can't be friends with women' and proceeded to describe men as predators. I was left wondering, why? I get that men can be problematic, but distancing ourselves, refusing to talk to each other, and villainizing one another isn't the answer. The world will stay as toxic as it is, and nothing will change. The world is dark and cruel to everyone—the least we can do is try to understand each other.
I've been criticized multiple times for sharing these views, and people have told me I only feel this way because I haven’t had trauma with men. But actually, 80% of my trauma has been caused by men: I was sexually harassed, assaulted as a child, stalked, and treated like trash by men. But distancing ourselves from each other is still not the answer. I'm not saying you should befriend people who treat you poorly, but there are many decent men out there. Calling all men 'predators' simply because they’re men is dehumanizing and unfair.
I wish both heterosexual women and men could see each other as human beings, not just as sex objects or romantic prospects. Why can’t people see the potential in building platonic relationships? It seems like whenever people talk about each other, it always has to be in a romantic or sexual context.
Anyway, I'm interested in your opinion on this if you don’t mind sharing.

Honestly, I see a lot of people saying that BL's popularity is not a good thing, especially those who have never read BL. But am I the only one who thinks that BL becoming more popular is a good thing? It will make the geezers above realize that gay content can be profitable. Heck, even video games have started subtly incorporating gay stuff. In a video games conference in China, there was even a discussion about BL and what is allowed and not allowed in video games.

Honestly, I get it, and I sympathize with the authors, and yeah, it's unfair to them. But remember, the world is unfair to you too. The information is gatekept from you, entertainment is kept away from you because you are in an unfortunate place where you can't pay for it. "But if you don't have money, don't consume it"—are the people who have money the only ones allowed to enjoy life? If we are not allowed to travel, read books, watch movies, etc., why are we here?
You are not a bad person for consuming pirated content, and you are not a good person for it either. It's an unfortunate situation that doesn't have a solution.

Look, guys, the 24ft tree branch lady cock was funny at first, but come on, it's getting excessively unfunny. You guys eat it up every time. At this rate, you're just burying legitimate questions with 20 dick questions at a time, making the forums unusable.

honstly I know the "why" can be stupid, but some people have reasons for that. I noticed most people here tend to fall in love with mostly masculine characters or people (and because twinks get a lot of shit here)

I know this might be a dumb question, but when I watch ghost-hunting videos, some of them make me feel a bit uneasy. There are places where real tragedies happened—like buildings that burned down with people inside, or where people were murdered in horrific ways, or asylums and jails where people were tortured. Yet, somehow, these tragedies get dismissed, and the focus becomes all about ghosts. Some ghost hunters even try to act like jerks just to provoke the 'ghosts.' Come on, guys—those were real human beings who died in tragic ways. Honestly, I don't see this question getting asked very often.

I was reading the answers to the previous question, and reading how people say being gay is normalized and widely accepted surprises me every time; also, I find 'using labels weird because you are attracted to the people, not gender' is not a good take. No, people—I love women because they are women. I don't love them romantically; I'm attracted to them sexually. Yeah, I know that makes me your typical trashy straight man, but I can't help it. No matter how I try, I never have romantic feelings for people. I always hated it and felt guilty about it, especially with me being a woman. I know the feelings of being sexualized and objectified by other men, but I still do it to other women. So no, I'm attracted to women, and I will never be attracted to a man because I don't find them sexually appealing. Sue me for that—gender matters to me.
Also, homophobia is not a thing of the past. I will post resources in the comments, and then you can read them for yourself. In my opinion, you should read them. If you think homophobia is a thing of the past, you should educate yourself about how other queer people suffer around the world and get out of that bubble of yours. THERE ARE COUNTRIES THAT HAVE THE DEATH PENALTY FOR HOMOSEXUALITY.
Also, people are homophobic toward you not because of '10,000 genders,' but because they are that way. They are just trying to justify their homophobia and feel less bad about themselves. Instead of directing your hateful energy toward people who are actually hating you, you are blaming people who have done nothing wrong to you. I don't care about how people should label themselves, and I don't need to understand it. I will respect it because it doesn't hurt me or anyone else.
Homophobes and transphobes will find a reason to hate you either way.

Something like Hereditary and The Witch, or The Blair Witch Project, but please not with a lot of gore. I'm fine with a little gore, like once or twice, but not throughout the whole movie.

Honestly, today I read a bunch of posts that made me wonder why the BL community cares so much about gender. People often say, 'BL is made by women for women,' or 'Mangago’s target audience is women, so why is there this incel content here?' I think the idea that Mangago is for women likely stems from the BL content, but Mangago is a pirate website and isn’t trying to target anyone specifically.
Another point is, why do people assume that straight men can't enjoy BL smut? Why must they be attracted to men or be gay in denial to like BL? Maybe they simply like some aspects of BL that they don’t find in GL or straight hentai? For example, I know someone close to me who enjoys lesbian porn more than straight or gay but she is straight I know she is straight her attention is only on men she likes men but she says she like lesbian porn because there are some aspects to it that you don't find in straight porn or the gay one.
I think it’s unfair to categorize people so rigidly; we each have unique feelings and thoughts. Sexuality is much more complex than just saying, 'If you watch XXX, then you’re Y.'
Also, I’ve seen comments that say BL authors often use she/they pronouns and that it's rare to see a 'he.' Maybe authors prefer 'they' because they don’t want people assuming they're gay? Which could make them uncomfortable? Especially since homophobia is still a big issue in Asia. While I'm sure BL fandom is mostly women people often underestimate the number of male audiences.
Anyway, I'm not attacking anyone if you are interested I like hearing your opinion.

If I didn't use other platforms, I would think it was a normal thing to say. But, sadly, I do use different platforms, and you would look so insane for doing that. Those rope memes are not funny. There are a million insult words—use those instead. Suicide is not funny; if someone dear to you dies by it, you wouldn't be so comfortable with how you're treating the subject. The Pegger, this is the second time I'm calling out someone here. I wasn’t serious about HomosexualTyranny when I made a post about them, but you just fucking suck. I don’t know how you were comfortable posting, 'Why haven’t you killed yourself yet?' Some people took you seriously and shared their self-harm and their struggles with suicide when you were there to just rage-bait them. How are you comfortable living with yourself? Huh? Can’t you be a ragebaiter without hurting people? Do you really have to be racist or do this shit?

It makes me wonder why we normalize fantasizing about characters who are killers or violent. People often say, "It's just fiction, and there's nothing wrong with liking it", people argue that fiction with murder doesn’t affect people or doesn't influence them into committing murder, which is just wrong—a lot of real serial killers were inspired by movies to commit their crimes, plus there is research that proves violent media can have an effect in people. Also, many people are infatuated with real serial killers, even falling in love with them, like with Jeffrey Dahmer or Ted Bundy.
On another note, I hate the romanticization of violence. I love horror movies where the evil characters meet bad ends and root for the main characters to escape. I even like characters like Junko Enoshima from Danganronpa but she dies in the end, which I appreciate. However, I really don’t like it when villains get happy endings. Most BL with plots feature male leads who are emotionless, violent characters who kill for no reason or for fun. This is why I’m not reading Rainbow City—the author's other works feature violent male leads, and the torture scenes in Swapping made me feel disgusted and uncomfortable with the male lead, since then I have avoided her works like the plague. And even then I still read some because like I said 99% of BLs that have plots the MLs are evil which is just getting exhausting.
By the way, I'm not trying to make you feel guilty for liking it. When I said I hate the romanticization of violence, I meant when authors do it—not you for enjoying it. It just feels overdone in BL. I’d love to read something more like Pygmalion or Stranger in the Mirror, where characters experience emotions toward other people beside each other or go on adventures together without hurting others. That’s it. But I’m still open to a civil discussion about why violence is okay in fiction and would like you to debunk my arguments.
