It's the same as asking "Why do you read crime stories if you're against murders and crime in general?" Reading something doesn't affect your real life. You can enjoy something and still be the total opposite of what you're reading.   reply

In my opinion the main problem is that the plots often are very similar (cute uke, sexy seme, adorable moments, some childhood truama etc.) so I guess that after some time you might think "this again?", but I believe there are still some interesting products out there. Maybe the difference with Japanese manga is that bl have existed for decades so......   reply

That site is trash and inaccurate, moreover it's not a "personality quiz", mbti is a psychological theory. I know mine is a scream into the void but who knows, someone might get interested for real in mbti and read about it T.T   reply

1) I've never really wished to be a man and I woulnd't say that fujoshi want to be men, but probably they simply think something like "these characters are enjoying themselves, I wish I could feel this too". 2) Personally I consider some of them sterotyped because yaoi always tries so hard to push the hetero-dynamics to gay couples. By what you say it's like you have no reason to hate her, or at least not a reason you know. This is why I think you should go see a therapist and see if you can find the source of this hate. Or simply take some time off from your house, try to lessen the time you spend with her and see if your emotions change. Find a new hobby, keep your head busy......   reply
