i got bed at around 12-1 am and wake up at 7 am . i'm so frickin proud of myself. before i used to go to bed at like 3 or 4am sometimes even 6 am and wake up at 7 or 8 am . it was common for me to not get any sleep at all and i used to live off of coffee and energy drinks. somehow i got my sleep schedule in check by the help of melatonin   reply

i'm feeling the same way honestly. i just sometimes ask myself, 'what's the point of it all' and i rarely get out of bed now because i'm always tired and have no motivation to do anything. my grades are dropping and i think i've lost a few friends. i don't know what it is that's making me this way tho   1 reply
