First stop sugar, sugar is the thing your body will use first not fat, so stop sugar, then eat protein, using the calories deficit, eating more protein and doing more sport (4 times a week I’ll say : one day rest one day sport) you’re gonna slim down, lose fat the build muscle. Well the most difficult thing among those for me was to cut sugar. ......   2 reply
