If you’re using Safari in an iOS device that means that there’s a restriction in your settings. Eyo same, lost 50/50 and got Keqing. Got sad for a few minutes but just went on. Just tell them to look on the bright side, they got guaranteed for Ayaka, Yoimiya or wichever next five star they want to wish on (in my case I want Yoimiya cuz she looks frickin cool).
