Why are you dead set on making people even more prejudiced against BL readers? WHY?!   reply

I do, but I might reconsider. I'm just getting sick of the prejudice. The term fujoshi is originally a derogatory term, but many women in Japan reclaim the word as a form of self-mockery. For me, I don't really care about the label itself, I just hope people will be mature and not judge an entire group on the actions of, most likely young teenaged,......   reply

As annoying as they are, I need to stop responding to those questions, if one can even call them that. The stereotypes others apply to all BL readers is kind of sad. I wish others actually acknowledged the decent readers and didn't generalize an entire group based on the actions of immature individuals, but I know that's asking too much from the in......   2 reply

Body con dress, mini skirts, and spaghetti strap dresses/shirts. They can technically fit me, but they do "fit" me. My rolls make it look as I if I'm spilling out of those things. I cannot find anything to smooth them out that is in my tiny budget.   reply

I'm confused by it, and I do my best to respect their pronoun, but I am extremely, and I mean EXTREMELY, uncomfortable calling a person that is grown/ not related to me/ a stranger kitten, bun, bunny or anything like that.   1 reply

If it's to the point of you retreating to the bathroom, I'd say it is closer to being anxiety. I am not a psychologist, though.   reply

This one girl in my class thought that when men "bust a nut" their balls would explode. I didn't laugh at the time, but, looking back, it's a kind of funny. Humans are not bees.   1 reply

about question
Short answer: Years of being told that I'm hated/weird/don't belong and having no one to tell me otherwise, caused my to blame myself and think I'm always the problem. Sometimes, I can snap out of it, but the depression and trauma is deep and my self-confidence is nonexistent after years of bullying, so the self hatred always comes back.   reply

In general, I like the interactions between the couples. I like the plots even when they might not always be happy. Also, I relate more to BL than josei or shojo romance. Many of the woman in those genres are very feminine or have very stereotypical behaviors that I just don't like to see too much because I can't relate. As for the sex scenes, I ......   1 reply

Based on you style of writing, I can see that you are just a childish troublemaker, but I'll say this: The problem is the foolish people that think what they read in a fictional, non-realistic setting is applicable/okay to do in real life. Asking inappropriate questions, believing and behaving based on stereotypes, and, this is imo the most shamef......   reply

It honestly depends on the topic. I can't accept racism, sexism, or general jackassery, but, if it is a topic with potential for compromise, I'm okay, usually. It gets a little more complicated than that, but I rarely shut down a conversation/potential friendship just because of opposing views.   reply
