Sleep paralysis is a scary thing to experience. I hope it does not happen to you again. You did ask for this but.. Sleep paralysis can be caused by having horrible sleeping habits or mental stressors. Avoid caffeine before sleeping and try to wind down at the same time ever night. I can't help you if you go straight work. If you do decide to go to college, you'll buy yourself more time to figure things out. I'm almost done and still don't know what I'm going to do and the same goes for many other students. I don't use the term "heterophobia." It's too strong to describe the problem and, despite it's meaning, it tends to be used to undermine homphobia. I just call it prejudice/bias.
