Hmm I see where you're coming from. I guess it doesn't help as well that the authors of those types of mangas (HS yaoi) themselves tend to be women aged 25-40? I used to like these mangas a lot when I was in high school which was around 2 years ago. Nowadays I gravitate towards college/workers stories because I relate more. I've only liked some which were recommended to me, the ones that actually have decent plotlines. Otherwise, I kinda steer clear from it. Crush: we're in the same uni club. Last year he became the president of the club too. He's popular, but he doesn't let it get to his head. I agree. Like, complain about the plot, characters, whatever, you're free to do that. But attacking the author is childish.
