I get a really disgusting feeling when most people touch me. This has resulted in me having a hatred of being close to others but I'm also quite touch starved which is a real shitty combination. tbh haven't found someone who I'm not uncomfortable with touching me and who I'm also close enough to ask for it.

in my opinion, the guy definitely sounds like a creep. And even if he isn't intending it, if he makes you uncomfortable, 100% speak up about it to your mom. If they start dating it could continue and even get worse, better to settle it now if you can. I would tell myself that it's okay and that I end up alright, all the shit that you'll go through doesn't matter so you don't have to worry about every thing. Keeping living and trying to enjoy yourself, even when you're scared and unhappy, things work out okay. 1 reply
I certainly don't think marriage is a requirement, in fact, I think it can ruin relationships quite a bit, being restricted like that can be really unhealthy. I wouldn't say I'm totally against it, but as I consider myself polyamorous, or at least open to a polyamorous relationship, the idea of binding myself to one person like that is a bit uncomf...... reply
Honestly, I always felt a bit pressured about having a partner, others made me feel like the weirdo for never having been in a relationship. My first instance of this was when I was barely 15 and just starting high school.
