There’s a movie called the graduate that talks about that and the ending is ambiguously dark. Idk if it helps but I had hardcore burn out and chose to lay low for a second. Cuz the kinda person I like doesn’t exist in my proximity. I need attention and affection, but most people want a cactus girlfriend who can live off of one txt every once in a while. This is fucking wild but I wash my face with a toothbrush and generic face cleaning products. I did it as a joke when I had an extra soft bristled toothbrush and my acne started going away. Personally, i enjoy getting drunk as an excuse to let go. If I do something I regret I can just say “oh Woops. Haha. I was drunk.” Using that logic, I’d probably do the same with being in heat.
