I suggest that you seek therapy not by a psychiatrist but a psychologist about your condition cuz the physical problems you’re facing right now are not related to a physiological disease but a psychological one. No one knows for sure. I think the intensity of getting kicked in the balls is pretty high for a short duration while cramps and childbirth are prolonged periods of pain that may vary in intensity but are also pretty high. Oh I have quite a few actually. I like gaming, singing(on good days I sound like Adele lol), reading and cooking. I don’t know if watching anime, movies and shows counts as one but I’ll just mention that this too is my favourite way of passing time. You must have a really good immunity. I consider myself to be pretty healthy but colds are not easy for me. Happens to me every summer or when the seasons change.
