Almost all the BL that I think are good is Korean webcomics cuz they usually are wayyyy less trope-y and imo, better written cuz they tend to be longer. Tbh my taste is v different in general, I am not a fan of the many popular yaoi or webcomics. Also I don’t think banana fish is BL. It’s just a story that features a gay relationship. I love enemies to lover - especially when they’re like rivals?? Good shit. Love me some good old best friends to lovers to but only if it’s done organically and not like rushed w no explanations w how they started developing romantic feelings. Fake dating when it’s gay is also good affffff (Not as much when it’s straight cuz it’s overdone......   reply
