personally, I think you shouldnt be late on formal event like test, job interview etc, for meets up with friend like going vacation somewhere themepark/restaurant 10 to 15 minutes lateness is understandable but over that, you waste people time & money. if your only hangout at someone's house I don't mind you're late or bail & not showing up at all.......   reply
