What are your thoughts on it? Personally whenever it happens to me I get fucking scared, like I literally start panicking lmfao.

I tend to isolate myself and just ignore everyone, tbh I feel horrible whenever I do it but it also puts me at peace and helps my head relax a bit.

A few years ago my dad and uncle got into a car accident, my dad survived and sadly my uncle passed. A few months back we had a fight and I had said to him that I wished it had been him who died in the accident and not my uncle. The look of sadness on his face when I told him that still lingers in my mind, every time I think about it makes my chest tighten up a bit.
