Sexuality isn't a rigid thing. It can be pretty fluid. A lot of people are finding that people in general might not be as 'straight' as we thought, society tends plays a huge roll in how we view sexual preferences and its norms. For myself I tell people I'm straight, just so I don't have to go on a long winded talk about why I am the way I am. But ......   reply

1) I definitely think it's because of the romanticized stories they see in BL. That or maybe someone wants to try out a penis for a day. Mmm I wouldn't say it's hypocritical. People just like what they like. I would guarantee you most people that read yaoi and see that the seme rape the uke would know it's wrong, but it's a fantasy and a safe fantasy because it's written and not experienced.
