I knew I'd always been a child who'd make my Asian mom disappointed, jk she loves me, the pay I get is hella good mostly because I'm freelancer who luckily went right places for connection but dear god- can we talk about how shitty the treatment is??
I'm an foreigner (kinda), outsourced freelancer and it's almost fucking 5 am that I can return home from the shitty schedule of the company, the people are working to their bones only to hear certain criticism like "she's not so good" "not enough appeal" that sometimes clashes with how the author originally intended the work to go as.
The people can be harsh with their criticism but honestly I'm fine with that (they don't get to yell at me anyways) but the poor employees! Don't even get me started with Roxana artist. Korea's economy is going shit as is so brining up the pay is unfair as it seems to be effecting almost every profession.
To be fair least where I'm sourced in; the hierarchy ain't so shit, mostly because we are of same age and everybody is so fucking tired, they probably see each other's faces so much they might as well be a poly group cause wtf is a private life.
And yk what's worse? The 5 am I had to stay in that prison building I didn't really have work, I was done, why tf could I not leave??? Bitch I don't even need to come to the building, I usually work from my tiny hobbit hole.
