So I was watching something and suddenly had a thought. Before I say anything this is about lollycon and bl if you don't like those topics then you don't have to read this. So earlier I was watching something and somebody brought up the controversy on weather like in lolicon and shotacon was pedophilia and if you ask any anime fan or something like that is liking a loli character in anime pedophilia the obvious answer would be no cuz they are not a real person just because you like a character that's under age in the anime does not mean that you like actual little boys and little girls in that case then me liking tokoyami from my hero is basically beastiality and pedophilia and certain fans who are in love with killua should be arrested. my liking little girls and little boys in anime, by that I mean being a fan of them. sometimes animes have questionable Parts in them even manga too. The Stereotype that you should not read BL because it's fetishsizing gay men firstly I want to say that is not a fetish of gay men because personally I don't think that everything people do in the BL manga is the same as the mlm relationships in real life I do not think that. BL is literally a romance genre I don't know about yaoi but I know that shounen ai basically is a love story between two men it doent have to have sex scenes. But speaking of this as an art form sex scenes do add more to a romance story. Saying that women should not read it is the same as saying people part of the lgbtq community can't read "straight" novels and Comics manga whatever you call it. if they read that is that them fetishizing straight relationships. the whole argument about that is just stupid, unless they're actually fetishing gay men and treating them like they do the same things in the books and asking them questions like "are you a top or a bottom?" Wtf are they supposed to say its a sex position nothing more nothing less. I just wanna know yall opinon on these topics and see what my view is Thank you and goodnight

Have you ever been in a situation where you were reading a really good manga and it left you at a cliffhanger and doesn't update for a whole month

Do people really believe that kids aren't already having sex? I went to school with pregnant girls, drug addicts, and sex offenders starting from middle school, which is sad, and I always knew because people don't know how to keep their business to themselves, and there has never been a year when somebody wasn't caught doing the nasty at school. Yes, even through COVID, maybe I'm just desensitized to it because all the kids around me were always having sex already. For example, in elementary school, 11- and 12-year-olds were caught having sex at school. Also, I wish schools and parents would constantly teach their children sex education because one class in fifth grade isn't enough, and thankfully, my mother never treated sex, masturbation, and diseases as something taboo. People need to realize even young kids are interested in each other's bodies so sex ed should be something common. Also, I wanted to mention that the majority of the pregnancies that happened were the result of older men with preteens and teens, and the parents of the teens knew and let it slide. Also I am not trying to say that kids and pre teens having sex is ok just that I dont undrestand what the big deal is with teenagers as in 16-18 if they use protection and know the risks.

Recently, well, not very recently, but I've been noticing a common theme that almost every artist or author with a really good series is always in poor health or something happened, like I just started watching a new anime by the author of Haven't You Heard I'm Sakamoto to come to find out that she already died of cancer. Also, I was very into Solo Leveling, and we already know how that ended. I forgot the name of the manhwa, but the author was islamophobic. I also really liked this manga called Act Age, and I think the author got arrested for sexually assaulting two middle school girls. It's not just here; it's also on Webtoon, like the author of Lumine is always on Hiatus, and there are two other series that I always read, and there was no announcement or anything.
