People seem to be qualifying that they're okay with rape in manga, but I don't think it's okay. Manga that involves rape often romanticizes the situation, but that's not real. I'll admit manga is a time killer, but some gems are so worth reading! If it makes you happy, why stop? Unless it's unhealthy to the point where you're neglecting your health somehow, I don't think it's too much of a problem.
