Being stressed out goes to being overwhelmed by the family dynamic to full-on toxic family traits like having 1 or 2 narcissistic parents or with/without narcissistic siblings...   reply

Idk what country are you in.. So I cannot just give a straight answer... But for me... I DID HIDE IT AND IT JUST GET AWAY FROM MY SYSTEM OVER TIME. It became a natural for me..
