Hmm... I do still read some BL ones but not that much as before.. It had reduced..
Hope you will try some things mentioned:
1. Try to find other interest aside reading yaoi..
A. Like download a game you like and join the community.
B. Read other type of comics.. Start from those you feel you are interested in
C. Watch anime that is not BL rel......
