Genuine question because I’m like terrified my brain is burnt out and my memory has tanked. I forgot stuff I learned in math over my Christmas break despite having it down before break(more recent lessons I had some recollection but still had a hard time doing) but anything more than a month before break I almost completely forgot how to do.

Also forgot a lot involved with anatomy, only know certain stuff related, kind of like random facts or in the general vicinity of the information I was trying to remember (like with bone repair I remember the first thing formed was a clot but forgot the name it has which is hematoma, also knew about sarcomere contraction but forgot specifics, knew epithelial tissue had differing types from layers and cell shapes but couldn’t remember the names for what they were) overall there was a LOT of anatomy information and specifics I couldn’t remember, which could be bc I usually only learn the material before tests/quizzes and cram it in, but other things I do take notes on while learning and still didn’t remember.

on top of that, I can list main things I did today and yesterday but can’t remember the “ in between” moments or anything before yesterday A lot of times when I’m about to search something up I will also forget either bc I started focusing on something else or just bc and I have to wait a minute for it to come back or retrace what I was doing/my thought patterns. I’m just terrified bc I’m learning about all the things that totally fuck your brain and I have almost all of it (poor diet, screen time addiction, ocd, poor sleep schedule, anxiety, stress, depression)

is this a sign my memory is failing or am I overthinking it?? Who am I kidding why am I asking random strangers online, but idk wtf I’m going crazy

I was planning on joining the AirForce and the ASVAB is a big deal. You need a good composite score and individual scores to join and land a good job. Well, I took the practice ASVAB today for my recruiter and I just know I did horrible. I was literally fucking shaking while I took it, I was so anxious I couldn’t think properly at all. Every time I clicked an answer I immediately second guessed myself, thinking I’m so wrong. One question was on word knowledge, and a word came up that I guessed the meaning of, but I was like “no, I’m probably wrong” so I changed my answer and I looked it up after. Turns out I was originally right.

I’ve fucked up man, I couldn’t even understand what I was reading sometimes with how bad my anxiety hit when taking the test I know I probably wouldn’t have gotten a good score to begin with, but adding my crippling anxiety on top of it? I’ve probably lost any chance at going to the AirForce or getting a decent job :(

I like all genres of music, as long as it’s good idrc. But I do have genres I like more than others and ones I hate morw, or seem to at least. The genres I dislike the most are death metal and country. And mumble rap. There are a few from those genre I enjoy though

My favorite genres personally are heavy metal, alt pop, alt rock/metal, indie, and although other languages have the same genres I’ll still just say I like music in another language as a genre. Love kpop, cpop, jpop, french music, spanish, Indians, russian, etc.

I’ve heard people change a lot physically in their twenties and then ofc older. Like, face shape, weight, hips, acne, wrinkles, etc. Some people say they have a glow up in their twenties or in their thirties. So, my question is, have y’all personally noticed any changes? I’m wondering, because people like 24-25+ dating or liking 18/19yos or early twenties is seen as creepy and weird, and ig I wonder how that translates to fiction and fictional attraction/content. Like, do most older readers just move on and shun regular or sexual manwhas that are set in college or don’t like younger characters in any medium cause they’re too young for you irl? I also wonder about this with age gaps too and how that might effect y’alla reading and enjoyment in other areas of media

1. Men always talk about girls and hot chicks. All the time. It’s like the only thing they care about and their only goal in life. Tell me how pathetic you are without telling me how pathetic you are! 2. THEY ARE SO BRAINDEAD TO BEAUTY AND WHAT NORMAL WOMEN LOOK LIKE. They will say a gorgeous woman is mid. Or will cheat on her!!! And treat women they deem ugly as less than human

3. Selfish. So incredibly selfish. They want all the women, they want to cheat, have such high standards, they want “traditional roles” but give nothing in return. And the men who talk about wanting threesomes and open relationships, or how women have such high standards, please go kill yourselves Especially if your vision of a relationship is one sided where it’s just you getting to fuck women and getting to request things of her (like how she looks) but she can’t do the same of you AND you have nothing to offer. I have to write a flash fiction genre short story in thr next 3 1/2 hours and I have no idea what to do. It has to be 300-500 words. I just need prompts or ideas to write something off of. My mom bought me a new phone through her AT&T plan. She could choose from all the iPhone 16 models and it was cheap for all of them. But I wanted 256gb of storage, and the only model that allowed that through the plan was the iPhone 16e

She went ahead and got it and I was curious what made the 16e different from the 16 so I looked ot up.

People are saying the phone is trash and a waste of money Now I’m scared. The phone looks super nice and I don’t mind the singular camera but idk. The specs also seemed good with the A18 chip and wayyy better battery life than I have rn as well as the 16 and 16 pro.

Eat an apple everyday. Drink a cup of milk everyday. Get protein in ur small, weak as fuck body. Eat food with omega vitamins everyday (specifically Omega 3) like fish or blueberries. Eggs are great for vitamin D, protein, omega 3’s, and iron. Apples have lots of glucose for your neurons, gives them the good shit which promotes brain health. Yep, apples literally give u brain boosts folks. TO ALL THE WOMEN HERE, FOODS WITH HEALTHY FATS. Natural yogurt and whole milk right there. But fr, don’t be obese but also don’t be anorexic, body fat is important for women.

Before u work out,also eat something healthy for energy. After u work out, eat some meat and drink some milk. U only have a one hour window tho, so do it fast!! This will help ur body absorb the nutrients and also prevent fatigue or horrible feelings after a workout

At the very least a couple time a week eat an apple, drink some milk (bone strength guys, especially cuz low calcium can srsly jack u up and zap away strength), eat food with protein preferably meats, and eat food with omega 3’s to prevent Alzheimers. Like salmon. And again, eggs got almost all that shit. Shove some eggs in ur dusty ass mouth

I’m only 20 so maybe I’m just dumb af with my little kid brain according to some ppl, but bro. The amount of ppl going crazy over any difference in age is insane. Especially hyper focusing in the twenties. People are saying anyone below 25 is a child essentially. A common argument is the frontal lobe thing, but that was proven to be a myth. Most science (or what I’ve read at least) says at 18-20 people are basically physically and mentally adults. They lack experience and wisdom, yes, but nothing about them physically makes them different.

I agree that people roaming around only wanting super young people is gross and weird, or if they’re only attracted to somebody because of their age. But other than that, if you’re just chilling and like “oh yeah, I’m attracted to every age tbh. Idc about age, just if I feel physical or romantic attraction” I don’t think that’s wrong?? Because it’s just natural and organic.

Unless somebody is below 18, idgaf and I don’t think it’s morally wrong. Some people use the whole “if they could go lower they would” and while I do think there are people who would do that, I don’t think that’s the case for everybody??
