I get platonic 'friend' crushes. I'm also hella awkward, can't communicate my actual thoughts very well, and suck making friends in general. Try 'ambience' to escape. Like YouTube videos of a picnic scene by the river, a rainstorm going on outside a fancy city apartment, a busy coffee shop in summer, etc. Just let it play in the background on your laptop, TV, phone, whatever. Buying a plant light that has adjustable warm/cool lighting can also help set general vibes when in your own ......   reply
