Hi! What you are experiencing sounds like social gender dysphoria. There is no need to box yourself in if you are still unsure which gender identity you most identify with. Yuri writers/artists should focus on better writing instead of toxicity. I hate clicking on a promising looking yuri only to find out that it doesn't actually have any kind of meaningful plot or conflict. The more you ruminate on it and shame yourself, the worse the binge will end up being. My advice is to talk to a therapist, a doctor, your family and friends, and stop chastising yourself for eating or for not losing weight.
