I think you need to stop watching/reading shounen only. Of course SHOUNEN will be set in Highschool, since that's the demographic that they are targeting. When you look at Josei/Seinen shows/comics, the MC will always be a grown man/woman and the setting is usually in a office or workplace. Look, when the MC has 70 chapters with the ML, but ends up with a dude that is there for the last 10 chapters, that is just fucked. For some reason, the lesbian orgy didn't seem as explicit as the scene of Denji cumming on Asa's hand, LMFAO. I don't know how Fujimoto managed to bypass the censorship to have that chapter be posted in a Shounen series.
