My first anime crush was Yamcha from Dragon Ball/Dragon Ball Z/Dragon Ball Super. But for a long time now (llike 10 years) since childhood, it has been Zoro from One Piece. I am really feeling Kasamatsu Yukio from Kuroko no Basuke at the moment though. Kasamatsu is bae   reply

My first detailed yaoi was a doujinshi. I don't even remember from what fandom, but I remember everything being uncensored and graphic. They even showed an inside view of the uke being penetrated by the seme. I mean you could see the penetration from inside the uke's rear end in several panels, going in and out. There were even shots of the insides......   reply

I like both. To be honest, there are some good yaoi manga and some that suck just like there are also some good korean webtoons and some that suck. I'm just don't want to limit myself and end up having a lot less to read as a result when I don't even have to. Yaoi is yaoi, and I'll take it where I can get it as far as manga and webtoons are concern......   reply

I'm not excactly a fujoshi, but I like BL as much as any other genre, so... But I don't really have a reaction at all, tbh. I just read those scenes like most others and just keep going from there.   reply

I've never cried reading manga or watching movies. I've been angry as heck and have thrown print volumes or turned off my computer altogether though. LOL   reply

Most likely not. I've never been interested in marriage or dating. Even as a kid, I never played house or anything close to it. I either played outside with my brothers or built stuff with Legos all day. Honestly, people just don't interest me that way. But I do come from a two parent home and had my mother not passed away, I can pretty much guaran......   1 reply

Honestly, it just depends on the person and their level of maturity. Also, some people are easily influenced at that age and some are not. Honestly, since I don't know you personally, I can't really tell you if you should or should not be reading yaoi. Again, maturity and susceptibility of influence plays a pretty big part in this. ^__^   reply

Most people are not bothered by this because: 1. They are not dumb and can tell the difference between fantasy and reality, even young people. And 2. 11-12-year-olds should not even be "reading this shit." That is why the mangaka (manga artist), their publishers and even the scanlators put 18+ warnings on them, yet they are conveniently ignored......   1 reply

I was about 21. Generally speaking, horror is my absolute favorite genre followed by seinen. But my BL curiosity was piqued by the 2 shounen ai chapters in the shoujo manga "Hana Kimi" that I was reading at that time. I remember being very taken my doctor Umeda's story. Then about a year after that, I saw a blurb for Junjou Romantica on Mangaupdate......   1 reply

I think my first manga was Vampire Hunter D. My father actually watched anime and reads comics and stuff, so he brought it home for me and my siblings to watch. We've all been watching animes ever since. :)   1 reply
