I was going to write the entire cast of An Easy Target but atleast the author is aware that the seme is an irredeemable cunt.(I didn't liked An Easy Target much despite I'm a huge Nishin Masumi and Berserk fan and I don't usually mind reading "problematic" stuff.)

For some reason,I like drawing female characters with pixie/bob cuts and male characters with long or longish hair.
Not sure if this also exactly related to the exact question but some of my favorite character designers includes Yoshitaka Amano,Tomomi Kobayashi,Ayami,Kojima,Yoji Shinkawa,Kazuma Kaneko,Shigenori Soejima and Masayuki Doi. reply
