Just make yourself busy so you don't have time to think about food. A lot of people eat when they are bored. Find foods you enjoy that consist of a solid amount of protein and vegetables, and that are filling and delicious. I really enjoy inline skating it's so fun to cruise around my neighborhood while listening to music. The neighborhood kids always watch me because it looks exciting to them.
