High key... I move on. I go "they're better off without me, and I hope their life goes well", unfollow, delete, and be better to whoever new enters my life (and improve myself outside of my friendships). I can't personally praise therapy because it wasn't my thing; I tried once and got too suspicious of them, then tried again but it was 30min teletherapy and did NOT have the time/intimacy for relationship building (also I don't like people telling me what to do uwu). But I'm not in a bad situation, I'm just specifically a bad person, so that's not ...... reply
