You'll be fine, don't stress! I also got all 4 removed at once, they put me under the whole time. Just followed the recommended painkiller rotation (you can ask ur dentist/surgeon about this) and the swelling went down in a few days. The most annoying thing was that you have to be careful eating afterwards even after the pain is gone, and its hard......   reply

Wait this is the realest thing ever. I understand it's some part a symptom of my not being 14 years old anymore but I SWEAR things have gone downhill...
