Almost every single isekai with a male MC has harem and ecchi in it, otherwise it's not popular and gets axed. To be honest, I avoid reading the bad stuff. I don't read stuff with less than 8.0 in rating and I avoid stuff that are messed up. I'm very picky, so I also drop stuff that starts to get boring right away. I hate it when characters hurt each other constantly. I hate indecisive characters whose indecisiveness end up hurting people and I hate reckles......   1 reply

Well... I wouldn't know because I don't like that at all, not IRL and not in fiction either. It's a huge turn off to me. I totally get what you mean about Korean webtoons. They do indeed feel more realistic, the characters have more depth and the seme doesn't try to rape the uke. It happens sometimes but it's not like I see it everywhere. Sometimes the authors do it on purpose and sometimes even without the author's will it looks really suggestive and sometimes it's even canon.
