How about you? What's a genre you'd never read?

Any story like that here? I've seen characters who regret their actions and they manage to get a second chance. Is there one where, despite the begging and all the hard work, they never get that second chance coz the other character has moved on?

I NEED this fix coz I wanna see regret that stays that way. Lol. Sorry. Been reading ones where characters who don't deserve it somehow still end up as main couple.

How about you? For me, damn right that's cheating. The only caveat I can think of is if your partner is in total agreement that it's considered an automatic hall pass. Otherwise, just a resounding slap in the face and a breakup in order, thanks.
