Mingwa should expand on the sports aspects of jinx to make it unique and different from bj alex. There's so little sports genre on bl I bet if someone as popular as her or she dive on that genre a lot of bl authors will follow. The difference is it's not real, it's all in their head. As what you said it is fictional, people read or like this type of content but that doesn't mean they want it in real life, just like playing violent games or watching gore movies. Some manhuas with these tropes are more enjoyable in the novel, (with exception of some) because a lot of them tend to censored and cut off a lot of details when being adapted as a result it will be bland, boring, unejoyable, repeatative, and sometimes confusing.
