Well, calm down and take deep breaths to relax your body. Ask questions, people love answering questions about their selves, if they start to become more fond of you, the roles will reverse. Go out and start small like ask a stranger for help or directions. 99% of the time, they will gladly help you (I mean, it depends, people are nice in my count......   reply
